Jillian Mansolf
Jillian Mansolf is a recognized leader in high-tech sales and marketing strategies and currently serves as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Xirrus. She has been recognized as one of CRN Magazine’s “Channel Chiefs” for the last five years, as Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards, as High Tech Brander of the Year, by the American Marketing Association and is a member of the Power 100, a list that recognizes the most powerful female executives in the channel. She serves as a board advisor for multiple Silicon Valley start-ups, and also sits on the Customer Advisory Board for Salesforce.com’s marketing automation solution, Pardot. Mansolf has held executive roles with Dell, Snap Appliance, Drobo, Maxtor Corporation, and Overland Storage.

Carey is an experienced Internet and software entrepreneur and executive, having started, grown, and led many technology companies during their startup and growth phases. His professional career includes roles as Chief Product Officer at Experian Consumer Services, Chief eXploration Officer at Payoff, and CEO at RealPractice, which was acquired by ReachLocal in 2012. He has also held executive roles at Brand Affinity Technologies, WebVisible, and MessageRite. Carey also brings with him years of advisory experience and a founder’s attitude at a time when Compellon is looking to mature the business and focus on key growth strategies. Among his areas of expertise, Carey cites business and corporate development, technology and product strategy, marketing, sales, and channel partner development. Carey is active in the Orange County startup and business community and is a long-time board member of OCTANe.

Neil is a highly-creative researcher and analyst. With a PhD in sociology and over 25 years of marketing, market research, and consulting experience, Neil likes to draw from his interests in branded experiences and cultural studies to deeply understand what moves groups of people in meaningful ways. He is currently the Director of Insights & Strategy for 1-800 CONTACTS and Director of Marketing for Lumen Optical – where he leads a cross-functional team to deliver insights that drive business, communications, cultural and innovation strategies.
